“Life has three rules: Paradox, Humor, and Change.
– Paradox: Life is a mystery; don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
– Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure.
– Change: Know that nothing ever stays the same.”

– Dan Millman, Way of the Peaceful Warrior: A Book That Changes Lives

Hello, my name is
Bea Csiszár.

Nice to meet you! I am an HR professional, certified coach, OD advisor, teacher of English, woman, mother, partner, supporter, listener, cheerleader, colleague, leader… People and learning/growing have always defined both my private and professional life. Let me tell you a bit more about it.

My professional and private life in a nutshell

I started my professional career as a primary school teacher, then I became a teacher of English.
16 years ago, I joined a Scandinavian multinational company where I could learn everything about HR. I spent 6 years as the HR leader of a 500-headcount logistics site.
I became an accredited EMCC Practitioner coach in 2020.
Last September I started studying OD advising at Metropolitan University.

I‘m married, I’m a mother of a 21 year old son (and do my best to become at least as good ‘mother’ of his girlfriend as well :o) ).
Music is my life: I enjoy dancing and going out for concerts and festivals. I believe this is one great way of having fun :o) The other way is playing boardgames with family or friends and a good bottle of wine ;o)
I appreciate humour as well.

“A sense of humor… is needed armor. Joy in one’s heart and some laughter on one’s lips is a sign that the person down deep has a pretty good grasp of life.” (Hugh Sidey)
